📌 Overview
From within any product, you can export reviews as a CSV file or export the underlying assets (videos and photos) as a ZIP folder. This article walks through both options.
💡 When Might You Want to Use This?
- You need a CSV of review data for reporting or record-keeping.
- You want to download video or photo assets tied to your reviews.

- Click Export Reviews.
This downloads a CSV file to your computer.

This downloads a ZIP folder to your computer containing the selected assets.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
My export is missing assets I expected to see
- Double-check your filters — assets are only included if they match the selected asset type and review status. You may also need to check Include Hidden Assets.
The CSV or ZIP file didn't download
- Confirm your browser isn't blocking downloads or pop-ups for this site, then try again.
I don't see the option to deselect individual assets
- This is only available after clicking Continue on the Export Assets window — the filtered list appears with individual selection checkboxes at that point.
