📌 Overview
This article walks you through creating a new review from a product's page — uploading an asset, tagging a product and creator, and adding optional details like a playlist, display label, or text review.

🪜 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Navigate to the Product
- In the Products tab, click into any product you've already imported.
This opens the product's main page, which includes three tabs: Reviews, Product Information, and Score Trends.
2. Start a New Review
- In the top-right corner, click Create Product Review.
This opens a window where you can add a new asset, tag a product, tag a creator, assign a playlist, and add a text review.
3. Add an Asset
- Click Browse Files and select the file you'd like to upload from your computer.
The file will upload and save automatically.
4. Tag a Product
- Click the Product/Variant dropdown and search for the product relevant to this review.
- Select it and click Save.
The product will now appear under Tagged Products.
5. Tag a Creator
You can tag a creator one of two ways:
- Search and select an existing creator from the dropdown menu.
- Quick Add a new creator by clicking Quick Add Creator and filling out their email, Instagram handle, TikTok handle, and first and last name, then clicking Save Creator. This adds them to your creator list for future use.
6. Add Optional Details
- Display Label — A short descriptive tag (e.g. "Styling") that displays under the video in the module.
- Playlist — Use the dropdown to add this review to an existing playlist.
- Text Review — Add a star rating, review title, and description text.
- Public Response — Reply to a critical review; your response will display alongside it.
7. Rights Info
The Rights Info tab is where you can manually approve usage rights for this content and set the date those rights expire.
Once approved here, this tab will show:
- That the content was manually approved by your team
- The approval date
- The date the content's usage rights expire
8. Save the Review
Once you've filled out the necessary fields, choose one of the following:
- Save as Draft
- Save and Approve — publishes the review live on your site.
Note: To use either Save as Draft or Save and Approve, you must have both a creator tagged and a product tagged.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
I can't save my review
- Make sure you've tagged both a creator and a product — both are required to save, whether as a draft or approved.
My newly added creator isn't showing up in the dropdown
- Confirm you clicked Save Creator after filling out their details in the Quick Add form.
I want to respond to a review but don't see the option
- The Public Response field is available in the text review section — scroll down within the review form to find it.
